One of the most important things with a business website is to ensure that contact details are displayed and can be easily located. This for more than the obvious reason that no one can make an that important enquiry to you without such information but also it builds up credibility of your business to anyone looking online.
Think about it the other way. Would you buy anything from a website which did not display any contact details? Probably not as you would be, rightly so, wary of spammers or fraudsters. Do not let other people think the same about your business from your lack of contact details on your website. Statistically a website without contact details looses 70% of potential business, I’m sure you don’t want that to happen to you.
